Housing for the BIO National Venture Conference is open. The Sheraton Boston Hotel is offering a limited $269 single/double occupancy rate. This discounted rate is subject to availability and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the $269 rate please mention that you are attending BIO National Venture Conference when securing accommodations. All hotel reservations must be received by March 2, 2009, to receive the discounted rate.
Reservations
To make a reservation please use one of the following options:
- Internet - Book your hotel reservation online.
- Telephone- Call the hotel directly, using the following toll free number: 1-888-627-7054. A credit card number must be provided or the reservation will not be processed.
- Fax - When paying by credit card, you may fax a completed hotel reservation form, one copy per room, to 617-236-6095.
Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via online or fax) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Sheraton Boston Hotel reservations office at 1-888-627-7054.
Deadline/deposits/room rates/taxes
To take advantage of the special BIO National Venture Conference rate, be sure to mention that you are a BIO National Venture Conference attendee. The $269.00 rate is subject to availability.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
All rates are per room, per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Current state and local taxes are 12.45% and subject to change.
Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
The Sheraton Boston Hotel will enforce a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation policy.
- Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's room and tax.
